Altered Book Window Manufacturer’s Spotlight by Fran Saperstein |
1. Roll two rows of Rollagraph onto translucent vellum. Set aside to dry.
2. Determine the size of the circle you want. Decide where in the book you want your window, and choose at least two pages in a row to be used for it. Set the circle cutter to the size desired. Place a cutting mat under the first page to protect the rest of the book. Cut the circle. Cut circle in the second page using the same method.
3. Put glue on the top page and place the vellum in the window. Glue the entire page (with the exception of the vellum area that shows through) and glue the two circle pages together.
4. Use Chalk Cat's Eyes with Direct to Paper. Here, yellow ochre, bisque, lime pastel, and turquoise.
