Instructions 1. Tear patterned paper and place on plum cardstock. 2. Tear patterned vellum and place on the patterned paper. 3. Affix both to the cardstock with purple brads. 4. Place memorabilia inside. 5. Place letter stickers on white tags. 6. Affix the tags to the vellum with more purple brads. 7. Place a safety pin through a circle accent. 8.
