Making the Cityscape
- Design silhouette of the Las Vegas Strip.
- Trace silhouette of Vegas on to the black cardstock.
- Cut silhouette out with pen knife.
- Tear a the beginning layer of the sun set from the Yellow Cardstock and place it, but do not adhere it to the dark blue card stock yet.
- Tear the remaining layers of the sunset out of the Gold and Marigold cardstock and place those.
- Play with it till you are happy with your sunsets transitions, but do not adhere your sunset in place yet.
- place your city silhouette over the sunset to make sure that the city does not go past the highest layer.
- If your city rises above your sunset readjust the sunset accordingly.
- Once you are happy with the cityscape and sunset adhere them to the page.

Making the Circles with Stars
- Use the Sizzix Die Cut Machine and Circle Die to punch 6 of the largest circles in gold, 6 of the second to largest circles in black.
- Use the Sizzix Die Cut Machine and Primitive Star Die to punch 6 black, and 6 gold large stars, stick the black circles to the gold circles.
- Trim an 1/8" from around the outside of the black stars, stick the blacks stars to the gold stars.
- Stick a black/gold star to a black/gold circle.

Making the Title Topper
- I used the computer to come up with a design that I liked. Once I the design I printed it out.
- Take the print out and transfer the letters to your card stock by sandwiching your card stock between your printout and a pad of paper.
- Trace your design and it will leave grooves on your black cardstock.
- Follow the grooves with you gold and silver gel pens as needed.
- I found that I had to go over it a couple of times because the cardstock soaked up the gel pens a little.

Bringing it all Together
- Mount all of your pictures and title topper on gold and black cardstock and assemble your layout.
- Punch small stars using the Sizzix Die Cut Machine and The Primitive Star Die in gold, and fill in the layout as needed.
