- Photo Corners - Canson

- X-acto knife

Instructions
- Create side borders by tearing vellum and mounting on blue strips.
- Create the title in the word art section of your word processor. Print in reverse on the back side of the blue paper and cut out with an X-acto knife.
- Mount photos using the photo corners and mat.
- Chalk the die cuts and adhere to page.
