I LOVE this picture of my son. I felt it needed a page all of it's own. The small use of black in the layout brings a clean contemporary touch and draws the eye toward the center to focus on the photo.

Instructions
- Create title and print onto cardstock. Mat with 1/4 in. black mat. Mat onto blue cardstock. Tear the bottom edge.
- Affix the starfish with Terrifically Tacky Tape. Textured accents need a strong adhesive and it doesn't get much stronger than this.
- Mount the photo onto blue cardstock using the photo corners. Mount on a double mat that co-ordinates with the tan and black in the title.
- Tear both sides of a blue strip of cardstock and mount onto a slightly darker shade for a bottom border.
- Run three strands of fibers across the border and adhere to the back of your page.
