Instructions
1. Cut a strip of light blue cardstock 5 ½" wide. Adhere it onto the top of the dark blue cardstock.
2. Cut a strip of spotted vellum 4 ½" wide. Adhere it to the right side of the dark blue cardstock & overlapping the light blue cardstock.
3. Cut 2 13" lengths of white ribbon & adhere it to where the cardstocks & the vellum overlap. Tape the ribbon to the back to fully secure using clear tape.
4. Using sandpaper, sand the eyelet letters & tags to prepare for painting. Paint each letter with acrylic paint, painting each one a little differently. After they dry, tie ribbon or embroidery floss through the letter tags and adhere to the left block but to the right of the photo using glue dots. Use eyelets to secure the eyelet letters.
5. In the bottom left block, add journaling & glue a 2 ½" x 1 ½" rectangle of vellum to the top left corner of journaling using vellum tape.
6. Tie green, white or blue embroidery floss through buttons & adhere to under the journaling with glue dots.
