Hand-Cut Creations Paper by Candy Rosenberg |

I ran out to my room at just after midnight and started scrapping and to my surprise it was the Playtimes Past line that I reached for, which is the last paper I would normally grab only because I have no little boys, mine is grown and in the Navy.

Instructions
1. I hand cut all the pieces including the small soldiers in the toy cart, the header at the top, the big train and blocks, everything is completely hand cut from paper.
2. I decided to add only the minimal embellishments as it needed more than just paper on the wheels of the cart so I added vintage buttons and painted them with acrylic paint and one piece of vintage ribbon.
3. Lastly, I outlined the cutouts with a Signo white pen to emphasize the pieces.
