I created these pages to highlight a few of my favorite photos from a recent cruise our family took. Between the 11 of us on the vacation, we managed to take over 500 photos. Instead of trying to create a scrapbook for all of the photos, I chose to create a hybrid photo album to finish the job more quickly. I fell in love with a few of the photos and decided to make scrapbook pages out of them anyway.

 - Acetate Letters: Heidi Swapp
- Adhesive: All Night Media, 3M ATG Gold (Scotch), Glossy Accents (Ranger Industries)
- Brads/Staples: Making Memories
- Cardstock and edges: Bazzill Basics
- Glitter: Stickles
- Font: Century Gothic
- Pattern Paper/Stickers: Snorkel (Cosmo Cricket)
- Punch: Upper Crest Border Punch (Fiskars)

Instructions
1. Adhere 4x6 photo to left side of 8 ½ x 11 cardstock, about 2/3 down.
2. Cut varying height strips of pattern paper 8 ½” wide. Adhere in sections across page leaving 1” of cardstock showing at bottom.
3. Use border punch to create red strip. Adhere below green strip. Use sticker to cover seam between the two.
4. Add machine stitching or thinner pattern paper strips where patter paper sections meet.
5. Adhere one Bazzill edge over cardstock at bottom. Use staples to secure at edge.
6. Create journaling block in word processing program. Leave room for sun to be adhered at top left edge.
7. Cut sun from pattern paper. Adhere to journaling block with pop dots.
8. Adhere clear letters to paper with Glossy accents. Outline edges of letters with Stickles.
9. Use paper piercer to punch holes through pattern paper. Put various colored brads through holes.
