Instructions
1. Cut vellum using template provided (approximately 4½" x 11").

2. Fold along dotted lines using a bone folder to ensure a crisp edge.
3. Apply Versamark to roller stamp and roll across flap flush with the upper edge of the flap.
4. Dust with white embossing powder.
5. Using heat gun, melt embossing powder.
6. At ½" intervals, punch squares ¼" from bottom edge of flap.
7. Cut two 7" lengths of ribbon.
8. Adhere ½" of both lengths of ribbon to opposite sides on reverse side of flap using Diamond Glaze.

11. Using a large needle, pierce upper edge of tag to enable attachment of a jump ring.
12. Attach jump ring through punched hole beneath bow.
13. Enclose chocolate kisses in small cellophane bag.
14. Fold over top of bag and glue to inside of enclosure flush with top.
15. Attach Velcro fastener under bow.
