Instructions
1. Rub the edges of a 12 x 12 piece of blue cardstock with silver stamp ink.
2. Trim a piece of blue blocks paper to 11 x 7. Adhere it horizontally ½ from the top, left and right edges of the blue cardstock.
3. Adhere a 7 ½ x 6 photo on the blue blocks paper, centered top to bottom and ½ from the left edge.
4. Trim out a 3 x 5 piece of the flowered collage paper and adhere it ½ from the bottom and 4 from the right edge. It should slightly overlap the photo with the top edge.
5. Print the quote on a 8 x 5 piece of vellum. Tear the left edge. Place it 1 from the right edge and 2 from the bottom edge of the layout. Put adhesive along the bottom edge of it only.
6. Stick a flower pewter sticker over the top right corner of the vellum block, adhering that corner of the vellum to the layout.
7. Stick a butterfly pewter sticker ½ under the blue blocks paper and overlapping the flowered collage paper block by ½.
8. Adhere a metal photo tab on the right side of the photo, 1 from the bottom. Thread a piece of blue ribbon through the hole and knot.
9. Trim a strip of the Studio K paper ½ x 11. Adhere it horizontally an upward tilt ½ from the bottom edge.
10. Set a silver eyelet ½ from the left side of the layout and 2 from the bottom. Set a second silver eyelet ½ from the bottom and ½ from the right side of the layout.
11. Tie a piece of blue ribbon though the eyelets and knot a metal circle tag in the ribbon.
12. Write the date of the photo on the metal circle tag with a black Slick Writer.
