Instructions
Step 1: Mount laser cut border on cream carstock and mat with black.
Step 2: Mat the photo on black cardstock.
Step 3: Place an eyelet in the tag and journal on it.
Step 4: Use remaining laser cut border to create a design on the tag.
Step 5: Adhere all elements to the layout.
