Terms and Conditions for Contest Submissions:

Please read carefully and indicate your acceptance by checking the box on the Submission page.

In consideration of acceptance of my submitted project as part of the Scrapbooking.com Magazine Contest Submissions, I hereby grant A-Z Media, it's subsidiaries, and others with A-Z Media's consent, the right to copy, distribute, publish, display and otherwise use the project, photo and text for purposes of the Contest Submissions for any advertising or publicity on behalf of the program or similar future programs.

I agree that the project, photo and text may be cropped, edited, electronically manipulated or otherwise altered, and that whether the project is used is entirely for A-Z Media to decide.

I certify that I am the creator and sole copyright owner of this project, photo and text, or I have the owner's permission to submit this, and I have obtained the consent of all identifiable persons shown in it for these uses.

I certify that I am residing in the United States, Canada, or a US Military base.

I agree to reimburse A-Z Media for all damages and expenses (including attorney's fees) they may incur from claims based on their use of my submitted project, photo or text.

I understand and accept that use of any personal information I submit will be governed by A-Z Media's privacy policy, for which there is a link on this page. I am at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to transfer these rights to A-Z Media.

All submissions are reviewed. A-Z Media reserves the right to reject any entry without notification. A-Z Media will notify those whose projects have been chosen.
