I remember my first trip to Hawaii. I felt as if I was in a whole new world, not 5 hours out into the Pacific Ocean, which sat only 5 minutes from my home. I recall the Dole pineapple factory, and getting Dole Whip at a local food stand. And who could forget going to Hilo Hadie's and watching the ladies make clothes and lava lavas. I love Hawaii, as do a few of our designers who had the opportunity to visit these islands and bring back lots of pictures and memories to share.
