Are you looking for a unique way to add some great texture to your pages without adding a lot of bulk? Then stitching is for you! You can stitch with DMC floss, yarn, ribbon or all those fibers now packaged specially for scrapbookers. Take a quick trip into your local stitchery shop and you will be surprised at what you can find. With over 450 colors of DMC floss available you are sure to find the color perfect for your page. Stitching can be added to your die cuts to jazz them up and give them some life. Stitching is also a great way to adhere vellum and beads to your pages.

To stitch, you can either use a sharp needle to poke through your paper or you can use a tiny hole punch (I use Fiskar's 1/16" hand punch) to make the holes for you and then use a tapestry needle to stitch. Tapestry needles aren't sharp at the end so you don't have to worry about poking yourself! Use a bit of adhesive to catch the "tail" and then use some more to adhere the end when you are finished.
