September is a month of changes and new beginnings. The kids go back to school. In keeping with the back to school idea, I made a desk set. Instead of the traditional symbols and colors of school, I went with a dazzling jewel theme. I used many sizes and shapes of rhinestones, wire and lots of silver to give the set a modern look.

I started with the desk work space. As a clean surface is paramount for a work area, this mat is just the right size for letter-writing and homework. Staying organized is always important, so why not do it in style? Pinning up those “To Do” lists or homework assignments is easy and fun when you have these stylish thumbtacks. By placing just part of an image under the glass bubble, you can get many looks out of one or two stamps.



And now that you have the organized and decorated desk space, why not decorate your notebook and stationery?
