Decide if you want to create your page with a sample layout, using a photo, or by color scheme. Follow the instructions and complete your layout. At any point you can save your work, add pages to an already started project, edit other pages, or start a new one.
To build a page starting with a layout, you scroll through the layout library to select a sample created by Bazzill’s leading designers. You can then preview the layout and view other variations of that layout.
Personalizing a layout after selecting one is done by choosing suggested colors or creating your own and adding photos. You will always have the option to preview your choices so you can save it as is or make changes.
To build a page starting with a photo, simply select a digital or scanned photo to start with. You can resize the photo within this program to get the angle you need. The program will then suggest colors to coordinate with the photo. Your layout is then built from your photo and color choices.
You also have the option to build a page by color scheme. An easy to follow color table is provided to give you color schemes and relationships to help you simply match colors you may have in mind for your layout. For those with more color matching experience, a color wheel is included for reference.
In this software, you can see your layouts before you make any purchases or cut any paper. As an added bonus, Bazzill has included a Shopping List feature to the program that automatically creates a list of supplies needed to create the selected layout. The list includes sizes and product names with numbers so you can get what you need quickly and accurately.
