Summer vacation is not as exciting as I remember it from when I was a child. I no longer have three months, to do nothing! Three months of no responsibilities! Three months of swimming endless days! As I grow older it saddens me to know that summer has lost a bit of its pizzazz, as I've grown older.



We asked Stamping Station to share some wonderful layout ideas with us to help remember the feel of summer and Family fun. We hope you enjoy these great layouts as much as we do. Summer is still my favorite time of year; it is the only childhood memory that never let me down.



I started looking through the pictures of my children's summer life and for just a moment, I can smell the hot dogs on the open fire, and feel the sun on my back, as I would lie out in the sun for hours. If you don't have pictures that would fit into these layouts, maybe this is the summer of creating new memories with your family. When was the last time you went swimming with your kids or grandkids...No not when was the last time you watched your kids swim.



Henry David Thoreau once said, "Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit." I would like to add, "take time to take pictures and preserve memories this season."
