Every obsessed scrapbooker has a stash of letter stickers. Whether they are plain, colorful, patterned, or script you are sure to have a variety in your
mound of scrapbooking supplies. Letter stickers are very easy to use and may be
one of the most versatile scrapbooking products on the market. They are as easy
as peel-and-stick! So, why don’t we use them very often? It’s probably
because they are so easy and they are something that we all used a lot of when
we first started our venture into scrapbooking. Therefore, we think that they
are for the "basic scrapbooker". It’s time to use those sheets of
cute alphabets in a whole new way. I hope to give you many new ideas for your
scrapbook pages.
When placing letter stickers on a layout, try to stay away from
placing the stickers straight up and down and side-by-side. To add more
character to your page, establish a baseline and alternate the letter stickers,
by placing some above the baseline and others below the baseline.
How to use letter stickers in your scrapbook pages, cards and
other craft projects:
- Create a quick and easy title on your scrapbook page
- Place letter stickers on individual tags, to create a fun title
- Create an accent with someone’s initials
- When making a title, use a different style of letter sticker for each letter of the title
- To highlight a word, replace one word in your journaling with letter stickers
- Embellish letter stickers with punch art
- To create a bold title, draw a box around each letter sticker
- Embellish letter stickers with glitter
- Use a letter sticker as the first letter of a paragraph
- Embellish letter stickers with tiny stickers

- Use different styles for each word of a title

- Use letter stickers to journal the date of an event

I hope that you have discovered many new ideas for using those letter stickers that have accumulated in your stash of scrapbooking supplies. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy title or are just looking for a new way to embellish your pages, dust off your pile and stick away!
