Some stores carry pre-made borders like
the one above, but, they can be hard to find. This border is easily made with a decorative ruler and hand punches. Cut a strip of white cardstock vertically about 1" wide. Using a wavy edge (I used a Border Buddy), trace in pencil the wavy line down the middle of the strip. Mark the direction the points of the tear drop should go and space the marks on either side of the wavy line. Add dots where the hole punch should go

example). Trim along wavy line. Using tear drop punch and 1/16" hole punch, punch on the guide marks. Mount the two pieces on the layout with 1/16" space
in between the wavy line. |
