Supplies
- Border punch (Emagination Crafts)
- Small circle (Mc Gill)
- 1/4" circle (Mc Gill)
- scissors, zigzag (Fiskars)
- Black pen, .01 (Millennium, EK Success)

Instructions
Cut a rectangle of white cardstock
that is 1/2" wider than the picture. Trim out center to create a
1/2" frame. Use scallop border punch and punch all sides of frame.
Mount picture under frame. For each flower, punch four small circles, 1
1/4" circle, and two 3/8" strips. Cross two strips and mount
small circle around center. Place 1/4" circle in center. Trim
strips with zigzag scissors. Mount flowers around layout as accents. Journal on white.
