I just love
your website, so informative and lots of great stuff. Scrapbooking
is relatively new here in Australia, but I already belong to two 'Crop
till you drop" workshops. The www is a great wealth of
information and I have spent thousands of $ on my new hobby. Keep
up the good work team. Best wishes from 'down under'.

I want to say fantastic! The site is the best
(always has been). You are all
to be commended in your effort. Please keep up the good work as I
always find an idea or thought that keeps me going. Maybe someday
all the pictures will be in an album, as for now it is one day at a
time, one picture, one page.
Thanks
again.

I have
recently discovered your site and enjoy it more than you can know.
Thanks

I was at the
scrapbooking expo today and learned of your website. I have been on
your site now for two
hours. It is the best website around. Thank you.

I love the new
look and content. I have a couple suggestions for making it more
user friendly. These may be in the works and I have just missed
them, but with so much new content it needs to be apparent what is new and
when new parts of the magazine will be posted up front on the contents
page. Right now I have no idea if I should plan to visit monthly,
weekly, or daily. And I don't have a lot of time to look at
everything frequently to see if it is new. Could you
post
a publication schedule on the contents page (or as an item one click off
the contents page)? Graceful Bee does this so I know exactly when an
article is being replaced with a new one (they also send me email updates
outlining the new material which I find handy-could you consider doing
that?) The other thing I find lacking is representation of 12x12
format layouts. While a lot of ideas are transferable, one photo
8.5x11 layouts do not translate to 12x12, making the CASE and other
sections require a lot of extra design thought to translate successfully.
Not that it can't be done, but if the point is to copy a good idea to
quickly get pages done, it defeats the purpose for us 12x12-ers. I
know I am always translating between the formats for my students, but
without that I'd always be leaving part of my class behind. Having a
mix of samples will
help
everybody find great ideas they can replicate quickly. I hope you find my
thoughts useful. I figured it would be better to let you know how a
longtime site user found the new format and where it could be
improved.
I have no doubt the site will only continue to get better and add new
features. It is off to a good start. Thanks.

Response
from Scrapbooking.com
Scrapbooking.com
just added an email newsletter
to keep our readers up to date on all of our changes.
We
will be featuring 12 x 12 layouts in addition to the 8 1/2 x 11 layouts.
All of the pages on the site are pages that were created for
our personal scrapbooks so the page layout size displayed is the size of
layout that a particular scrapbook artist uses in their personal albums. In many cases a "one
photo 8 1/2 x11 layout" can still be adapted simply by matting several
photos and using the 12 x 12 or 12 x 15 size page.

I
love the new format! Where can I find a good guide on how to take decent
pictures?

Response
from Scrapbooking.com
We
are glad that you like the new magazine format. Kodak
has many articles on photography and the NYIP
website is also a good resource. Scrapbooking.com will feature
periodic articles on photography as well.

Your site is the
best-organized site I have ever encountered.
Congratulations
and keep up the good work!

Thank you!!!!
Thank you!!! Thank you!!! I have spent hours and
hours at your site since a friend sent me the link on Sunday. Now
the 26 years worth of
pictures I have left to do doesn't seem quite so overwhelming.
