Instructions
Cut enough vertical 1/4" black strips to go across the page leaving about a 2 1/2 - 3" space in between. Mount these to a
piece of butter yellow cardstock. Mount photos to a brownish cardstock and adhere to page. Trim page topper of all white, leaving just the letters. Mount on black rectangle and mount this on brownish cardstock leaving 1/4" around edge.
