Supplies for Rosebud

• 2 jumbo red hearts (Frances Meyer)

• 1 small green heart (Hyglo)

Instructions:

Cut the two red hearts as shown in the diagram for sides of rose buds. Use one of the left over pieces for the middle. Flip the two side pieces over so that the points are up and sticking out. Place the extra piece in the middle. Add green heart to base. Freehand stem.

• Medium circle (Marvy Uchida)

• Jumbo birch leaf (Family Treasures)
  

 Instructions:

Punch three jumbo heart, one medium circle, and one small spiral all in red. Punch five green birch leaves and one medium heart in green. Freehand cut wavy long stem. (Click here for punch diagram) Mount stem in the middle of a 2 1/2" white strip. Mount one jumbo red at the end of green strip. Mount the green medium heart on top of red heart. Place small spiral at the top edge of red heart. Place one jumbo heart with the point into the medium circle half way. Punch off tip. Place on right side of center jumbo heart. Place medium red circle back in medium punch so that it is flush with edge of punch. Punch this and place crescent above spiral. Place third jumbo red heart back in jumbo heart punch almost side ways. Punch and place top of heart to the left side of center jumbo heart. Use the extra punched piece of last heart and trim so that you have a fat crescent. Mount on lower left hand side of center heart. Add green birch leaves to stem.
