Instructions
Trim ¼ inch off top and one side of the
dark blue cardstock. Mount on golden. Trace the numbers backwards on
dark rust cardstock. Cut out. Turn them to the right side, and using the
square end of a make-up sponge, sponge gold ink randomly over the
numbers. Let dry. Mount photos on dark rust, then on gold. Place photos
on page. Arrange the numbers for title, allowing room to do the hand
lettering. Do lettering with the gold pencil, then outline with thin tip
of pen. Using the pencil, draw on streamers.
