Instructions

 Use the snowflake punch by Emagination Crafts.  The only alteration made to this punch is the largest nodule has been trimmed down to the same size as the others.  To make the wheel, you will need a medium and jumbo circle.  On your cardstock, punch a medium circle.  Next, turn your jumbo punch upside down and slip the cardstock with the medium circle punched out into the jumbo punch.  Center the open hole on the cardstock in the hole of the jumbo punch.  Set it down still upside on your work surface and punch.  You should come out with a ring. 

Free hand a box for the wagon and freehand the black handle.  In this layout, the super jumbo, jumbo, medium, small, and mini hearts were used.  The letters are traced from letter templates and patterned paper was used for the background, matting, and hearts.
