Supplies

  • Cardstock and corrugated paper and die cut– Paper Reflections, DMD
  • Industries
  • Pen – Zig Twin Tip, EK Success
  • Adhesive – Sticky Dots, ThermOweb

Instructions

Measure and cut a strip of royal blue corrugated paper approximately 2 ½” X 8 ½”. Following the curves of the paper, trim one edge. Mount on bottom edge of medium blue. Place a strip of white corrugated and a strip of royal blue corrugated, two ridges wide, on both horizontal edges. Mount at the top of the other blue strip. Hand cut the sailboat. Mount under edge of water. Mount photos on white, then navy. For block title, cut 4 – 1 ½” squares of white and 4 – 1 Ύ” squares of red. Mount white on red, pencil in letters and then go over with black pen. Erase pencil marks. Mount at top of page at alternate angles. Mount sun die cut in upper right-hand corner and trim off excess rays.

Note: When using corrugated paper, I like to use Therm O Web's Sticky Dots. They hold the corrugated paper down without having to apply much pressure.
