Specialty Paper Borders
By Helen Naylor

We are all looking for quick and easy ways to present our pages. And sometimes the pages call for something more elegant than cute. Using specialty paper is a unique way to make some easy elegant embellishments.

There are many different ways to use specialty paper. Your color selection is not going to be as large as with solid color cardstock, but there’s something to be said for texture. Using vellum and other transparent papers are a way of softening the look of the paper under the vellum. (See the Hanukkah layout in Off Season.) There are a great many different styles of paper available and all can be used to give a new look and feel to your scrapbook!
