MAKE A PAGE FOR LIFE
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, even more will be affected by the disease through a friend, a mother, daughter or sister. Memory Makers is dedicated to joining the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in its efforts to find a cure. Won't you join us? Here's how: Make a page from one of the categories listed right. Send a photo or color copy of your contest submission accompanied by a minimum tax-deductible donation of $10 per page. Together with our sponsors, Memory Makers will match a portion of the funds collected and all proceeds will go directly to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

ONE GRAND-PRIZE winner will be chosen from all entries. The grand-prize winner will be flown to Denver to join team Memory Makers in the 2000 Komen Denver Race for the Cure in September. They will also receive a gift basket of scrapbook supplies generously donated by our contest sponsors.

ONE FIRST-PRIZE winner will be chosen in each category and will receive a gift basket of scrapbook supplies.

FIVE RUNNERS UP will also be chosen in each category and will a receive a gift of scrapbook supplies.

Breast cancer survivor Jeanne Ciolli's
Race for the Cure page inspired our latest contest.

The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation was established in 1982 by Nancy Brinker to honor the memory of her sister, Susan G. Komen, who died from breast cancer at the age of 36. Today, the Foundation is an international organization with a network of volunteers working through local Affiliates and Komen Race for the Cure events to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by advancing research, education, screening and treatment. The Foundation runs one of the most innovative, responsive grant programs in breast cancer today. In addition to funding research, the Foundation and its Affiliates fund community-based breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment projects for the medically underserved.
