Supplies

  • Patterned paper (Keeping Memories Alive)

  • Cardstock (Paper Reflections)

  • Wave (Border Buddy, EK Success)

  • Quilling Needle and Paper (Lake City Craft)

Instructions

 Mount photo on blue cardstock.  Mount again on white leaving a 2” edge on the bottom.  Trace wave edge on blue cardstock and cut out.  Adhere to bottom edge of white.  Create the ducks using the quilling techniques.
