Instructions
Cut a 2 ½” vertical strip of striped patterned
paper. Mount on the bottom
of polka dot patterned paper. Mount
photo on white cardstock leaving the left side a little wider to place
flowers on. Use quilling
techniques to create the
flowers. Mount on edge of
picture mat.
