Supplies

  • Cardstock (Paper Reflections)

  • Paper doll (Accu Cut)

  • Quilling tool and paper (Lake City Craft)

  • String

  • Chalks (Craf-T)

  • Black pen (Writer, EK Success)

Instructions

Mount photo on large strip of red.  Add white journaling box below picture.   Cut yellow strip of cardstock and adhere paper doll.  Use quilling techniques to create the balloons.  Add string to the quilled balloons.  Journal
