Instructions
Cut two inch strip of white cardstock and mount
on green cardstock. Trim
one edge leaving a ¼” edge. Cut
the other edge with jumbo scissors.
Punch 21 light and dark yellow flowers and add white ¼” circle
to the center of each. Adhere
to border strip randomly. Add
green birch leaves to flowers. Mount
photos on white and then green. Mount
everything on yellow with green polka dot paper.
